This New York Times article discusses recent research showing that adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet — in addition to the many health benefits already associated with fruits and veggies — can also help prevent osteoporosis.
So, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. (Gee, where have I heard THAT before?)
