Meals 10/8/2008
apple cobbler, calories, dessert, fresh fruit, lasagna, lemon, mint chocolate milkshake, nori rolls, soy yogurt
Breaking news — Almost 100% raw today!!
Breakfast
I had apple cobbler for breakfast. Yeah I know this is supposed to be dessert, but I like to get my calories out of the way in the morning.
Snack
For mid-morning snack, mixed fresh fruit & lemon soy yogurt (unraw).
Lunch
For lunch, raw nori rolls and raw mint chocolate ‘milkshake’ — my very own recipe!!
Dinner
Thre words: Raw tomato lasagna!! My wife Jeem made this one up. Very delicious! I was pleasantly surprised.

@vegboy — looks good to me! (though I’ve never been personally huge on nori – but my wife & daughter are). Are you shooting for 100% raw? I was about 75% for 1 year, then 85-90 for another year or so. I switched to 100% las month & feel a difference, so it’s definitely worth shooting for!

I guess you weren’t a big fan of sushi in your pre-raw life?
I don’t know what % I want to end up at, but I’d really like to try 100% for, say, a month — and see what happens.
