dried apricot, flax seed meal, pear, raisin, raw almond milk, raw cashew, soaked oats, steel cut oats
Today’s first meal – Cashew Pear Muesli:
- Steel-cut (not rolled) oats, soaked overnight
- Chopped raw cashew nuts
- Chopped pear
- Raisins
- Dried apricot
- Flax seed meal
- Home-made raw almond milk

That looks delicious. I’ve never soaked steel cut oats and NOT blended them to make smooth oatmeal. I am going to try not blending them and doing something similar. Thanks for the great idea.
