Today’s first meal – Cashew Pear Muesli:

  • Steel-cut (not rolled) oats, soaked overnight
  • Chopped raw cashew nuts
  • Chopped pear
  • Raisins
  • Dried apricot
  • Flax seed meal
  • Home-made raw almond milk

    That looks delicious. I’ve never soaked steel cut oats and NOT blended them to make smooth oatmeal. I am going to try not blending them and doing something similar. Thanks for the great idea.
