The Key to Long Term Success with Raw Foods
Eating raw foods is a lot like riding a bicycle.
Would you expect a child to ride perfectly the first time she sat on a bicycle?
No, of course not.
Don’t expect yourself to be perfect when you’re starting out with raw foods.
Just like learning to ride a bicycle, it can feel awkward and unfamiliar at first. But it’s simply a matter of practice and persistence, and soon enough it becomes second nature.
The most important key to long-term success is not how well you ride… but rather what you do when you fall down.
Will you get frustrated, give up, blame yourself for being weak?
Or will you stand up, brush yourself off, get back on, and keep going?

Don’t know why, whenever I hear ‘raw food’, I immediately think of Demi Moore. I read that she is a devote raw food eater. She looks amazing. There was a cooking show that showed how to prepare certain raw food fishes. It doesn’t look apetizing to say the least but I do see how all the nutrients go straight to you because the food is not cooked or processed. Thanks for the post.
