Breakfast
- Mixed fresh fruit – kiwi, grapes, pears, grapefruit, orange, etc.
- Muesli – raw oats, banana, and raisins in almond milk
Lunch
- Lettuce leaves with hummus spread on them, and on top add various veggies like alfalfa sprouts, yellow beans, zucchini, celery, and cherry tomatos.
- After lunch I overdosed on sweets – 8 Trader Joe’s vegan trail mix cookies, dried mango, and dried banana. I got really sleepy afterwards. Another sugar crash like with the raw goji cheesecake?
Dinner
- Fresh fruit salad, similar to breakfast
- Raw apple cobbler
