Breaking news — Almost 100% raw today!!
Breakfast
I had apple cobbler for breakfast. Yeah I know this is supposed to be dessert, but I like to get my calories out of the way in the morning.
Snack
For mid-morning snack, mixed fresh fruit & lemon soy yogurt (unraw).
Lunch
For lunch, raw nori rolls and raw mint chocolate ‘milkshake’ — my very own recipe!!
Dinner
Thre words: Raw tomato lasagna!! My wife Jeem made this one up. Very delicious! I was pleasantly surprised.
Whew, tracking your meals every day is hard work!

Had an all-day meeting at work. They ordered in some vegetarian-friendly Puerto Rican food. I had a salad and a fried plantain.

Also “cheated” a bit:
- Had some Trader Joe’s vegan trail mix cookies
- Had some soy ice cream
- Relaxed with a glass of organic merlot
